A series of workshops for young people on various topics, including youth participation, equality, trust, culture, intercultural dialogue, combating stereotypes and prejudices, new knowledge, and opportunities for young people, was held in the past period in Gostivar, Struga, Ohrid, Veles, and Bitola.
"Building peace without stereotypes, prejudices and discrimination", "Storm for culture: Workshop for intercultural dialogue", "Building activist spirit - from youth for youth", "Bitola without stereotypes, prejudices and discrimination", "Youth in motion: Workshop for youth participation", "GEN Z for encouraging intercultural dialogue and recognizing the barriers that prevent it" and "Beyond Labels: Workshop on prejudice, stereotypes, discrimination, and bullying" are the topics of the workshops held in these municipalities.
The young people, through interactive activities, team exercises, and discussions, also talked about out-of-school education and raising awareness of identities, explored barriers to intercultural dialogue, the different opportunities for different groups in communities as well as the opportunities of young people to create changes in communities.
The trainings are part of the regional project "Youth for Inclusion, Equality and Trust", funded by the United Nations Peace Building Fund, implemented by the United Nations Population Fund-UNFPA, in partnership with the Youth Educational Forum.
