The regional project on family-friendly policies focuses on creating policies in the private sector that will enable employees to better balance work obligations, family care, and domestic responsibilities. In addition to the fact that policies greatly contribute to women achieving their career and personal aspirations, in balance with family obligations, they also have a positive effect on companies and their successful management of human resources and strengthening of the corporate culture.
The activities within the project “Expanding Choices Through Family-Friendly Policies” are carried out by UNFPA in the Western Balkan countries and Moldova, with the financial support of the Austrian Development Agency (ADA).
