Strumica, 24 July 2023 - Three-day workshop related to the development of an Action plan for the Youth strategy started today in Strumica.

UNFPA continues to provide support to the Agency of Youth and Sports in the process dedicated to the development of the National Youth Strategy 2023-2027 and the Action Plan. Currently, the Agency of Youth and Sports, supported by UNFPA, UNDP, and OSCE Mission is developing an Action Plan 2023-2025. 

The workshop focused on creating an action plan in line with the drafted youth strategy, with active participation of diverse organizations and institutions. More than 60 youth leaders, educators, advocates, and representatives from relevant institutions collaborated to develop a comprehensive roadmap that addressed the interventions needed. Through interactive sessions and strategic discussions, participants had the opportunity to jointly create a document of high importance for the youth and the institutions.
